What is the spiritual heart & how it can improve your spiritual business.

In this blog post, I will list 7 reasons why connecting with the spiritual heart improves and supports the entrepreneurial business.

First of all, it is important to consider how the connection with the spiritual heart is positive for every aspect of our life. For example,

  • It increases our tolerance, allowing us to be more patient, and keeps us in the present moment.
  • It helps us to be more detached and more compassionate.
  • Last but not least, it gives us a better understanding of the needs of the others, understanding them on a deeper level.

If we apply the benefits of the spiritual heart to our business, connecting with the spiritual heart will bring us many advantages.

1.) CLARITY OF DIRECTION

The connection with our heart will bring us the clarity to see what our real goals are and will give us the opportunity to look at the best direction to take to pursue them. I believe that this is the number one reason why the connection with our spiritual heart is so important. This happens because if we drop our awareness into our heart, we can see everything in a more detached way, without buying into egoic projections or stories of our mind.

2.) ALIGNMENT WITH OUR LIFE PURPOSE

The connection of the heart brings us a better alignment with what our life purpose’s intentions are. In this way, we will be more relaxed because we know where we are headed. We will have more trust in the unknown because we are doing the most aligned thing for our growth and development.

3.) STAYING IN WHAT IT IS AS IT IS

Staying in what it is as it is, allows us to be less affected by other’s judgments. We will care less about others’ opinions because we will be in a non-judgmental dimension. We will not take things personally. We will understand that everyone has its own story and is centered more on themselves rather than into us. We will shift our perception into a more compassionate state, understanding that often people react to our actions because it triggers their own story.

4.) STAYING IN THE PRESENT MOMENT INCREASING PRODUCTIVITY

The connection with the spiritual heart in our business allows us to be into the here and now. We will not be projected into the past or into the future, we will be focused on the present moment, being more productive and finishing many tasks without procrastinating. We will be making a priority of what is happening in the present moment and get more work done.

5.) HOLDING SPACE FOR OUR CLIENTS

Another important aspect is that you will have more space to hold your clients. This will be a benefit in every niche but especially if you are a healer, a therapist, or a person that is practicing some caregiver activity, you will feel less drained. Being connected to this energy center will give you a wider space, being able to take more in.

6.) HEART CENTER EQUALS TO HAVE A PRIORITY LANE TO YOUR INTUITION

Being present in the moment connects us also directly to our intuition. Not having the constant monkey-mind talking will allow us to be more receptive to our sensations and to what goes on in our bodies. Our body sensations give us this direct connection to our intuition.

7.) A SENSE OF BELONGING

The connection with our spiritual heart will connect us also to wholeness, allowing us a wider perspective view. This will provide us a better detachment and so a non-judgemental acceptance. Feeling connected with the wholeness and everything will give us a sense of belonging and we will be more thoughtful in how we relate to others.

HOW DO WE CONNECT WITH THE SPIRITUAL HEART?

The easiest way to connect with our spiritual heart is through our senses. We can start to bring awareness to our physical heart, connecting the breathing to the beat; this connection will be easier the more we practice it. Feeling the sensations, dropping the awareness from the head into the heart and feeling how you can breathe through it is already a great connection.

You can be aware of the connection and consciously recall it, when something frustrating happens to you in your business or during your day. So, when something bad happens to you, you can exercise connecting into the heart. First of all, recognizing the things for what they are, trying to feel your emotions and trying to detach from them and observing them with acceptance is a great result.

For example, it can happen that you post something on social media and you get a negative comment. In this case, it will be a good exercise to just detach from all the emotions that this can trigger you and just observe why you are feeling these emotions. We can start by acknowledging that the person that did the comment maybe did it because it’s wounded, and your post is triggering something into them to express this wound.

This doesn’t mean that you don’t have to answer bad comments but simply respond from a heart-centered space instead of reacting from the ego. A reaction from the ego will be wounding the person that did the comment, while a high-centered response will be full of compassion and acceptance of the person’s wound, and in this way, it would be healing for both.

This is the alchemy of the heart.

Also, self-love and self-acceptance is a great way to strengthen the connection with the heart. Another way can be to develop a global look: acknowledging that we are all interconnected and looking at the situations as a whole.
