I have not shared much about what I have been up to in my business for probably the majority of the year.
And honestly to some degree I have felt guilty, cause with everything that’s been going on and people losing jobs and all that goes along with that its been hard.
But please know I talk about this with so much love and if you know me it comes from a sincere place and a heart filled with immense gratitude. And most of all to inspire someone who wants to take the leap.
In October I celebrated three years in business. And this year has been by far my best year ever. On ALL levels.
The biggest shift is probably the fact that I pivoted to 1:1 mentoring where I support and guide other VA’s / OBM’s to build themselves a sustainable business not just a side hustle with ease and flow. (In a nutshell ????)
I worked with my first 1:1 client Katherine in May of this year and out of that came another pivot or expansion to start a VA agency with a team of VA’s who I can support and help grow their business. I had thought about it long ago, but then as one does the doubts of HOW will I do that, and and and pops up. And to be honest, on my Universe to-do list I put up I want to have a doTERRA Blue Diamond team.
Any way I can honestly say it was put out to the Universe, and I forgot about it cause really according to society you only get to do these kinds of “big” things once you have reached a certain point in business or have x amount of years experience.
I also decided that building doTERRA biz was just not for me. I adore the oils and share it with everyone I know but it didn’t feel aligned anymore to do it as a business.
I truly didn’t think it would happen as and when it did.
And it literally unfolded by itself. And NOT as I put on my Universe to do list. HA!
Once Kath started working with me 1:1 I had VA clients on a waitlist and I put it past her if she would be keen to take over if I get requests, and well now she has 2 full-time clients via me with a possible third one. Whoohoo!!!!
I also brought Kath on board as my own VA cause things were getting pretty hectic as I do still have three of my own private VA clients. As you might have noticed I love supporting others.
Now I look back on a year of immense growth, not just in my business but also in Katherine’s businesses (yes she has two) she also runs a Sustainable Living and doTERRA Oils Business. For locals check out her online store and Instagram.
Ps, and she is doing that without the hustle and all from a place of pure enjoyment and love.
Then this week I had two more discovery calls for ladies who are interested in coming on board. #mindblown
With that being said I am telling you this to inspire you and give you hope that whatever dream it is you have, go after it with all you’ve got!
Yes, it is hard, at times uncertain but one thing this year taught me was when we detach from how we expect things to be & let go of the need to put a timeline on our visions things evolve for the highest good of everyone and so much better than we could ever imagine.
Surrender the need to control, every aspect of your life and business.
Trust that voice and the desire inside of you. Take inspired action when it feels aligned, And invest the time and money to work through the things that keep you stuck. The limiting beliefs, the self-sabotage, the trauma. It looks different for all of us.
We are meant to be free from what keeps us small and limited and you can with help and time free yourself to rise up and be who you were meant to be and be hugely successful doing that.
